Industry Analyst Passes

Select HR Tech welcomes qualified industry analysts interested in covering the Conference. To qualify for a complimentary industry analyst pass, you must be involved in full-time fee-based research initiatives. A maximum of 4 analysts from the same firm will be considered for complimentary registration (this includes individuals speaking at the 2020 Conference). Additional analysts from the same firm must register as a Premium Pass attendee at the prevailing conference rate.

To be considered for a complimentary registration as an analyst, you must apply at least two weeks before the conference using the Press/Analyst Application. A history of being registered as an analyst at HR Tech or other LRP Conferences does not guarantee approval. After we receive your application, you will be notified of your application status within 5 business days.

Analysts who receive complimentary passes will have:

  • Access to the on-site Press/Analyst Room to hold vendor briefings (Selling of research, industry reports or sales of any type is strictly prohibited.)
  • Access to all conference sessions, activities and Solution Showcase

Accreditation Criteria

Select HR Tech reserves the right to deny an applicant an industry analyst badge if sufficient credentials are not provided upon request. Additionally, accreditation will NOT be extended to:

  • Content from a recently published industry-related article that contains your byline
  • A market research report from the past six months listing you as a contributor with your name, title and company name. Reports must contain legitimate and independent research from your analyst firm.

Select HR Tech reserves the right to deny an applicant an industry analyst badge if sufficient credentials are not provided upon request. Additionally, accreditation will NOT be extended to:

  • Publishers, general managers, account representatives, sales executives, brand executives, business development and/or PR/marketing professionals
  • Analysts from financial services firms
  • Anyone whose principal purpose for attending Select HR Tech is, in our judgment, for reasons other than covering it as an industry analyst

Press Passes

To apply for complimentary press credentials, please fill out the Press/Analyst Application. You will be notified of your application status within 5 business days of submitting your application.

Journalists who receive complimentary press passes will have:

  • Access to the on-site Press/Analyst Room to cover vendor briefings (Selling of advertising, research, industry reports or sales of any type is strictly prohibited.)
  • Access to all conference sessions, activities and Solution Showcase

Select HR Tech show management reserves the right to request:

  • Evidence of your editorial status at the publication such as the masthead or letter from your editor
  • Recently published articles containing your byline

Select HR Tech reserves the right to deny an applicant a press pass if sufficient credentials are not provided upon request. Accreditation will NOT be granted to:

  • Publishers, sales representatives, business development and/or PR/marketing professionals
  • Content marketers
  • Industry bloggers or podcasters
  • Anyone whose purpose for attending Select HR Tech is judged to be for reasons other than legitimate editorial coverage

Credit Card Processing Policy
Credit card payments are processed upon receipt. ANY PAYMENT CHANGES will result in an administrative fee.

Cancellation, Substitutions & Refunds
Registrant substitutions may be made at any time with no penalty. Cancellations received in writing by May 11, 2020 will receive a refund minus an administrative fee of $250 for a Premium Pass or Daily Pass. Cancellations received after that will not be refunded. No-show registrations will not be refunded. LRP reserves the right to cancel the conference due to lack of registrations. In case of conference cancellation, LRP's liability is limited to the refund of the conference registration fee only. LRP reserves the right to alter this program without notice. Unpaid cancellations for the conference will be billed for the appropriate fee.

Special Needs

Video & Photography
By attending Select HR Tech, you consent to having your image captured by official show photographers and videographers. The resulting materials, including still photographs, video and audio recordings may be used by Select HR Tech, without restriction, in news materials, promotional materials, on the website and other properties.

Attendees are permitted to use smartphones to take photographs and capture digital images at Select HR Tech for personal, non-commercial use, provided the photography is not disruptive. Registrants may take photos from their seats, as long as they are not standing in the media area, obstructing views or using flash after the session begins. Photographs may not be sold, reproduced, transmitted, distributed or otherwise commercially exploited in any manner whatsoever.

Live Streaming and Recording Sessions
Although Select HR Tech records, streams and photographs various sessions, the programming is presented primarily for the benefit of the attending audience. While we have a "no live streaming and recording" policy, we understand the desire to take photos and capture video on phones to share on social networks. However, to protect the rights of speakers, as well as the conference, please note you are NOT allowed to live stream and also agree to record no more than 45 continuous seconds of any single session.

Email Communications
If you have registered for the conference and supplied an email address, you may receive transactional emails pertaining to your registration and promotional conference-related emails. You can opt-out of receiving our emails by using the opt-out link located within a received email message.
